Musicians Joy Nkoyo and Abu Mensah (ABS.TRK) discuss the incredible story behind his ambient EP 'Woodlands', made largely in hospital after suffering a stroke aged 15, navigating the journey of making art in a landscape of uncertainty, his sonic influences including Kanye West, MadLib, Mura Masa, Flying Lotus, and his future plans to cross over from sonic to visual works.
ABS.TRK is a Music Producer, Sound Designer and Visual artist from London, creating ambient and transcendental music. He produces music with efforts to captivate the listener and take them on a journey into the mind, body and soul.
